This is a monitored inbox, not an auto-responder, and it is the only address we use. We will never ask you for an Instagram password, a verification code or a payment — if a message claiming to be from YesPotato does, it is not from us.
Who runs YesPotato
YesPotato is an independent, self-funded project — a small team, not a company with a sales department. The site is built and maintained by the same people who answer this inbox, which is why replies sometimes take a few days but always come from someone who can actually fix the thing you reported.
We also publish the PotatoPlayer Android app, and we are not affiliated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. For what we do and do not collect, see the Privacy Policy; for the rules of use, the Terms of Service.
Response times
- Copyright notices — within 5 business days.
- Bug reports — usually within a few days; extraction breakages are prioritized because they affect everyone.
- Everything else — when we can. We read all of it.
Before you write
A lot of questions are already answered on the how-to page and in the FAQ on each tool page — especially “no stories found”, private accounts, and expired download links.
Using the Android app? Bug reports and feature requests sent from inside the app arrive with your app version and device details attached, which makes them much faster to diagnose.
